Hello,

I built my PC in 2015 around early next year I think I'm going to upgrade it, but I'm not sure what to keep or keep any at all.

i5 4690k@4.4Ghz
8Gb DDR3 HyperX Fury
ASUS GTX 970 STRIX (factory OC but willing to OC it manually)
ASUS Z97-K MB
600W Cooler Master Elite PSU

I'm using this rig connected to a 32" 1080p 60hz Samsung TV which I intend to keep after the upgrades.

So far the games I play run at max settings without going below 60 FPS which is good for me.
However I think I will try new releases and wondering if my specs are going to be enough for them in 2019.

If you would upgrade this with the usage in mind I mentioned, what parts?

At 1080P the 970 is a solid GPU but if you did get a larger resolution such as 1440P or 4K I would drop a 1080/ti into the system. With the CPU overclocked to 4.4ghz there's really no GPU the system can't handle. You could consider even the newer RTX cards however if you do I would hold off for a bit as they seem to be having some driver issues.
