Does anyone recommend buying a pre built custom pc from any companies or do they always turn out disasters not sure if I want to attempt to build my own

Where is best place to buy from in the UK I have read that some people have bought from certain companies and they haven't worked or parts have failed
Not disasters, some of them are quite impressive. But generally pre built PCs are less value for money and more difficult to upgrade in future.
A third and very good option is to choose the parts yourself and have it built for you, many shops offer this service and it's a great option for those who prefer not to do it themselves. It also makes warranty claims simpler.
