Hi
I'm using Windows 10 with a Gigabyte Z170-HD3P-CF motherboard that includes internal LAN connector. So I simply have a ethernet cable from the motherboard to the router.
Until now I had a mac adress and I set that mac adress to a fixed internal IP in my router control panel because I need some ports open for this computer.
The problem is that I noticed that now the ports are not working so I checked the router control panel and i saw that this computer is not using the fixed IP becuase now this computer haves another mac adress.
How is that possible? I didn't change anything. I didn't reinstall windows 10 or change the motherboard and I didn't change the router configuracion.
How can the mac adress of a computer change without doing nothing?
Thank you
