I have a frustating odd problem, my motherboard is

GIGABYTE MW21-SE0 (U3E1) with Intel Xeon E3 1220 Skylake CPU,
2048MB ATI Radeon RX 460 Graphics card
PSU:Cool Master model no: RS-500-ACAB-B1 500W

With a few internal SSDs and HDDs

Sometimes my PC won't switch on, no fans, no beeps, only thing that is on is my motherboard light and any peripherals like mouse, keyboard, LAN attached to it at the time.

I press the Power Button, and only the power led light goes on, fans don't even attempt to spin, it's completely silence, I hold power button down again for few seconds and it goes out, etc.

I switch it off at the PSU, then wait, then on again, and sometimes it just may work, but it just turn on today.

So, Today I worked extensively to finally hopefully find out the problem, I took it apart compoment by Component, that I ended up building it into a new case, hoping it was just a short somewhere.

I got it bare naked into a new case with only with the CPU lead in, 24-pin SU Cable in, and some RAM. Nothing...

I even tried Reseating the RAM in both slots. nothing...

I tested the MB with another known WORKING PSU, still nothing.

I was about to dreadly reset the CMOS after running out of ideas, until I gave it supposely one more try and it came to life.

Waited for things to heatup, or conponments to charge, etc.
It started up a second time with no problem

So risky I decided to put it completely back together again, reconnected HDs, graphics card, case fans, etc, and surprise it started up again.

It's working now, it works great i can play high demanding games, etc, so right now the PSU would be good, but it might not switch on tommorow, I can now see the only the problem can now only be the MB itself.

Any ideas what do next time it happens ?? lol?

Would suspect Something like the CMOS-Batterie.
If these things die, everytime you turn off your pc for a long time you lose as BIOS Settings and it might take a lot of time for the PC to readjust them.
I would just swap the current Batterie out for a new one since they arent that expensive.

Good start I guess it certainly won't hurt it, but the MB is only 12 months old, I would thought the battery lasts a lot longer, but dunno how long it was boxed on the shelf though.

Also thought you could also tell when the Battery was going flat, as in the past it starts with the clock and date showing incorrect times/resetting itself..

PC Wouldn't switch on today, changed the CMOS Battery a new one today, no effect at all, dead as a motherboard can get, but somehow after about 10 hours on frustating constantly switch this on and off, it came to life, and here I when again, connecting everything back, and it's not problem for now, maybe its going to be good for 2 week or 2 weeks?

I'm unsure but this not turning on seems to only happen during warm to hot days, as this didn't switch on until night when temperatures had cool downed.
