Background:
I'm looking for a new desktop computer and I don't know the desktops' performance is enough for my to work.

Fist computer:
HP EliteDesk 800 G4 Tower (4QC44EA)
*Intel® Core™ i7-8700 (3,2 GHz, 12 MB cache, 6 core)
*Intel® UHD Graphics 630
*16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (1 X 16 GB)
*512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ SSD

Second computer:
HP Z4 G4 workstation
*Intel® Xeon® W2123 (3.6 GHz, 8.25 MB cache, 4 cores)
*16 GB DDR4-2666 ECC SDRAM (2 x 8 GB)
*256 GB HP Z Turbo-enhet PCIe® SSD

I often use 3 x Visual Studio 2015, SQL server development edtion, 1 browser with many tabs and other ongoing application at the same time.

Question:
Is the first computer's performance desktops' performance enough to use or do I need to use the second computer that is used for CAD modelling?

Other information:
*I only gonna have SDD harddrive.
*All computer should have at least 15 GB memory
*I use the computer in a daily basis and it should working at least 4 years.
*In the future, I maybe gonna need to use it for android development, NoSQL, Docker and Kubernetics.

Thank you!

I use cad/sketchup, and a iintergraded GPU is enough but i would strongly recomend a dedicated gpu.
and I recommend the first.
and i wonder if you have looked into building your own pc?
you get this pc for work right, so do you have a boss or are you the boss ;-)?
