That depends on what CPU it is and whether that is the idle or full load temperature.

AMD FX cpus do not use "temperature". They use distance to TJmax/Thermal margin. Information on that can be found here:

Intel CPUs are generally ok, especially Core-i but most modern Intel CPUs have similar specifications, at anything below 80°C under full load. Exact and detailed information on that can be found here:
