Hello, I am a budget and newbie overclocker. I have some questions.
Can I run and overclock i5-3570k on this motherboard (not sure but I think mine is rev B3) ?
Which psu should I buy?
Is this build able to handle gtx-1060 or 1070 or rx-580?

Thanks a lot!

You won't be able to Overclock on the H61 chipset. You'll need to get a mobo with the p67/z68/z77 chipset to do that.
Also make sure that the motherboard has the latest BIOS... you'll need BIOS version 3605 or later , so the i5-3570k will work with the motherboard.

For the GPU I'd go with either the GTX 1060 or RX 580... I'm guessing you're playing on 1080p so those will do.
I'd personally go for the RX 580 8G since it's slightly faster, but consumes more power than the GTX 1060.

As for the PSU recommendation a 650W decent quality unit will do.
Here's what I'd go for: Seasonic Focus PLUS series, EVGA SuperNOVA G3 series or Corsair CX/TX series(newer models with the grey label).
