[SOLVED] One monitor two cpu

I have one hp 24 inch monitor want to connect with 2 CPU, one cpu is windows 10 and another cpu is windows XP. My monitor is having one HDMI port and one VGA port can I connect both CPU and also I want to active both CPU some time

What you need is a KVM switch. You attach the monitor, mouse and keyboard to it, then attach each PC to it as well. But the KVM will have a manual switch that you need to push to switch between them. I don't know what you were envisioning with using both at the same time but this will allow you to keep each PC running and instantly switch between them.
