i5 8400 and ASUS TUF B360M-E GAMING Becnhmark?

I am watching youtube videos and saw a video that the performance of i5 8400 is.. pretty bad... the bench mark of, for example, ashes of singularity, bench mark is at 50FPS while when the i5 8400 is installed in Z370 the benchmark of the same game went up to 72FPS!

So, does this happen to you? Is the motherboard actually "Slowing" the processor?

some z board can overclock the cpu.
not enough info on youtube. Don't believe everything you see on youtube.

But you can't overclock a i5 8400 because its locked isnt it? The comments are not clear to me, and the episode where they will test it on another b360 motherboard didnt proceed.
