Hi everyone,
I am trying to setup my QoS on my ZTE H268A router but I cannot find it like in the manual said. I cannot factory reset it because it was given to me by the ISP.
Here is where the QoS supposed to be: https://imgur.com/a/cimDCKI

Best regards,
Jared

The ISP likely loaded a customer version of firmware that either hides the screens or removes them. This tends to be more common on devices that have phone ports where the ISP is selling you a bundled service.

Your only real option is going to be to buy your own router.

The QoS on that router is pretty much a waste of time even if it did have the screens. It has very limited ability to favor traffic and like a huge number of routers it can only do UPLOAD traffic. The vast majority of people issues are with a overloaded DOWNLOAD rate. You need a very special form of QoS to be able to fix download issues.

Thanks, but can normal QoS limit the bandwidth of other devices that connect to the router because my house has a bunch of people connects to the router.

That router can only limit the UPLOAD bandwidth. It is highly likely that you are exceeding your DOWNLOAD bandwidth. If for example someone transmitting a video stream and using up your upload bandwidth you could limit them with QoS

QoS does nothing if you are not attempting to over utilize your bandwidth. If you have 100mbps and your machines are only using 75mbps there is no traffic being delayed to you do not need QoS

$50 edge router X has great QoS up to 100Mbs. It has no wifi so you need an access point or use another router as an access point. It puts all your traffic in round robin by connection and it also keeps small traffic flowing and buffers heavy traffic. No complicated tuning is really required. You have to cap your own speeds lower than what you pay for to get it to work. 80-95%.
