Android to Windows 7 USB Tethering not working

Hi, i'm having issues trying to USB Tether via my android onto my windows 7 computer.
Below is what i get when i try connect usb to my phone and turn phone tethering on. I'm not sure why it says i've ran out of data as i have over 2gb remaining. Furthermore when i click the button where it says 'you must login to this network' it doesn't work, probably because i don't have an internet connection active? Appreciate any support, thank you!

I only have access to one computer in my household currently. However i will try to tether to a laptop i can borrow and see how that goes. I haven't ever teathered before so i'm not entirely sure if my plan allows it. I can call them and check that way also, thank you.

No worries, troubleshoot that when you can, contact them and find out what the issue is.

If it's their side, then there we go, they will be able to tell you.
If you can tether, then maybe you require the phone's drivers to be installed correctly?

Personally, I've never USB tethered but let's hope it's a Three side thing.

Hi, sorry for the late response as i have been away but to continue this thread since i have not resolved this issue.
So i've fixed the error in the screenshots posted above after i called them and apparently hotspot wasn't enabled on their end, thus tethering wasn't working.
Now my issue is that usb tethering/hotspot is working fine on my laptop but not on my computer. I recently reinstalled windows few months ago so i'm not sure if i''m missing something or what's wrong as i've always used a wired connection and that works fine.
Also now i can't seem to see any wifi connections (mine or others around my area that are supposed to show up), they aren't showing up as you can see in the screenshot below. Also when i try to usb tether since i cant connect using hotspot since no connections show up in the connections menu, that doesn't work either. As you can see the little cross is there and there is no connection even tho usb tethering is on and working fine on my laptop. Also i found an icon alongside the others and when i double click it, this message pops up.
Please help me fix this, i need to get this sorted asap as i need to operate on my computer using my mobile data for something urgent, thank you very much!

Ok so it seems my computer doesn't have a wireless adaptor, however i can't seem to understand why the usb tethering is not working. As you can see in the picture the red cross is there and it doesn't seem to be connected even though i've done everything correctly as it works on my laptop but not PC.
