so i have a phenom II X4 955 3.2GHZ and i want to overclock it to 4ghz.
Can you tell me some good cpu coolers between 20 and 50 dollars

The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO will be able to do the job just fine.
I wouldn't go higher in price for the cooler since your CPU is only 30$ on ebay.
