Hello everyone :)
I'm here to ask if the build I'm going to set up is balanced and should work fine or I can do better.
The specs are the following:
CPU: I7 8700 (not K one)
Mobo: Asus Prime Z370-A
Ram: Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000mhz x2 8GB (16 total)
Storage: Samsung 970 evo 1TB
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080
PSU: Corsair SF600 80 plus gold
Case: I still have to decide, advices are well appreciated.
I'm going to play on a ASUS ROG Swift PG279Q (1440p) monitor.

I'm not really interesting in overclooking features.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Since the EVO is cheaper than the ADATA, stick with the EVO. Again at 1440p gaming the difference will be very small between the Intel and AMD chips, with Intel being faster in gaming but slower in things that can use all the cores/threads of the AMD.

AMD Build:

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz 8-Core Processor (€346.00 @ Amazon Italia)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - X470 AORUS ULTRA GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard (€140.80 @ Amazon Italia)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (€136.20 @ Amazon Italia)
Storage: Samsung - 970 Evo 1 TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive (€255.00 @ Amazon Italia)...
The build is more than balanced especially as you are not going the overclocking route....The RAM is good speed, good GPU etc..The only thing I would change is to the Z390 board which I believe is the same price and just allows for an upgrade in the future to the 9th gen Intel CPU's but other than this it is okay....

You can go cheaper with the 2700 or 2700X and will give better value especially on the productivity side if you do any professional editing etc...but the 8700 will give the better fps and overall gaming experience...

At 1440p for gaming the difference will be less than 5% between the 2700/X and the 8700. Taking the AMD chip would allow for more cores and reduced system price. Conversely using the ADATA XPG SX8200 will save about $20 compared to the EVO and performance will be identical https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BLJF819/?tag=pcpapi-20 The PSU isn't bad but isn't the greatest either. If you aren't going to be using a case that requires that form factor for a PSU I would go with a standard ATX. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073H33X7R/?tag=pcpapi-20 Seasonic Focus+ Gold is quite a good PSU that is at a good price. You will also want to get a cooler for your CPU as the ones that Intel provide are garbage. If you decide to go AMD then the stock cooler is plenty.

@jeremyj_83 Actually on amazon the EVO in my country cost less than ADATA. Do you think that I should go for ADATA anyways? Ok I go for the Seasonic PSU. If I will take 8700k instead of 8700 you still think that 2700/X is better?I'm not a fan of amd cpu :), got 2 in my life and both give me problems, when I switched intel on my 2 last build i fell a better experience. Can you give me an advice for a good case and a cooler please? What about the Mobo?@vmax said a Z390, which one exactly? This one is good?https://www.amazon.it/Asus-Z390-F-GAMING-Scheda-Doppio/dp/B07HS7C8B8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1542134165&sr=8-2&keywords=z390

@SgtScream I'm from Italy and the budget is around 2000€

Solution
You'll need at least a gtx 1080 to come close to matching FPS to the refresh rate of that 1440p monitor. Mount the radiator on the top so the three fans in the front can intake air to the internal components:
