Hey guys!
Long story short I run a I5 4590 , GTX 1070, 16GB RAM running at 1600mhz, and on a 144 hz monitor. I'm mostly playing Black ops 4 now a days and I constantly get unstable frames , sometimes i would be running from 112 - 122 FPS and sometimes there would be frames that would freeze and sometimes I would dip below 40 FPS and this is all running on the lowest settings.To also mention I'm running BO4 on a Samsung EVO 850 SSD. So like I don't get why all the unstable frames! Please help!
