Hello everyone!

I would like to hear the best advice for the new rig that I'm planning to build.

The CPU will be Ryzen 7 2700x, i think that i will get the best performance for that range of money.
I'm not a gamer, so gaming perfomance won't matter to me. I will be the most occupied with 3d modelling, rendering ...etc
For starters i'm planning to go with 2x8GB DDR4 around 3000-3200mhz ( I heard that ryzen 7 will work best with it).
Also, please suggest the best ram kit that will work with ryzen.
I'm not planning to have more than one GPU, so motherboard doesnt need to have 2nd pci express lane.
As far as overcloking cpu goes, i will not overclock in the near future. But i will have that in mind.
Which will be the best motherboard for me then.

Which power supply is good around 600-750 W

My current GPU is gtx 960 (but i'm planning to replace it with 1070ti 8gb)

Thanks in advance

Solution
Asus X470 prime is good enough.

Go for the flare X rams.

Corsair rmx 2018 psu.

Since this is an editing rig, nvme ssd, 970 Evo.

If your case has a side panel or if you care about the looks, fractal design Celsius. Otherwise NH D15S am4.

Since you will be working with 3D modeling, rendering, I advise you to use 32 Gigs of Memory.
Here is a recommended build, but since you didn't list a price point, it is $1750.

After reviewing a bunch of other motherboards, I think that I will definitely go with x470 (because of VRM and OC capabilities later).
I'm too far away from Newegg, or Amazon (taxes would kill me).

Here is the price list of some components that I would like to have:

just to mention this is the lowest price I can get in my country (and on top of that, this isn't a retail store. But the seller is trustworthy)
