Troubleshooting for a pre-built computer Windows 7 ISO install

I am trying to upload an operating system onto a new pre-built computer. I downloaded Windows 7 ISO, then put it into Rufus in order to put it onto a USB-FD. I changed the PC's BIOS to startup from the USB drive. Once the USB-FD was inserted, the screen went black and stated "loading operating system", but it has never left this screen. I tried pressing F8 and F12, but to no avail. Are there any troubleshooting suggestions? I have never done ANYTHING like this before and I found myself way over my head, but with all the information that I've found on this forum so far that I keep on trucking, so thank you, community.

I think the iso or the usb boot may be wrong, can you try with other iso or from cd?

The computer does not have a cd drive, only usb ports. Is there a way to check the iso on my laptop before attempting to install it?

yes man,
you can do the same steps on your laptop, that way you will know if the iso is wrong.

I downloaded this then I put the whole thing on Rufus to transfer it to the Flashdrive. I then put the flashdrive in the computer but it only says "loading operating system"...this is the same message that I continuously get no matter what the download.
