Decided to build a PC once again. Once I installed all my components and installed the OS everything seem normal, not. Computer reboots and the MSI B450 Carbon Motherboard throws a RED CPU light. Nothing displays but all fans and RGBs are on? So I removed the CPU to inspect it I noticed there was a few pins with discoloration or very dark residue on one of them(pictures below). Anyways after inserting the CPU back in the computer runs fine accept for booting. 50 percent of the time it will boot with the issue above and then other 50 it will boot normal. Just curious as to if the motherboard could be faulty or if the CPU is shot. Thanks in advance
