So i managed to get my gtx 1070 running at 2155mhz stable while benchmarking got my GPU running on userbenchmark at 116% i found a place which told me how to boost the GPU more
I couldnt get past 2070-2095 MHz till I tried this way
I was playing GTA v at ultra @2177mhz stable was getting average 98fps using 56%of GPU ( it did drop frames a bit but never dropped below 60 i think that's cuz I am using a 60hz tv yes TV not monitor)
