I've tried to build my first pc and it looks like the pc's power is jumping up and down

So i've tried to build my first pc, i didn't put an hdd in yet because i wanted to test it first, but basically it feels like the power of the pc is going up and down

Can you be more specific? Do you mean it's turning on and off? this is usually a boot loop, try clearing the CMOS by touching the two motherboard pins according to its manual. Please be more specific, also its usually best to start with all components in, hdd and all.

Is there any way i may, send you a video? I have put the hdd in same thing but it doesn't turn off this time

you could hear the fan like for example, the power is lowering and going back up but it doesn't turn off with the hdd. and try to imagine how it sounds. Here's a link to a video of what I've recorded https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGJfFXYnBeI

it was a faulty motherboard, it's fixed now xd
