After being stuck with crappy speed for months on my Asrock B350 board I finally decided to read / tweaks some voltages :)

G.Skill F4-3200C16-16GVK 32GB kit
rated at 3200 16 18 18 38 56 2T (Intel)

got it Running at
3133 16 17 17 36 53 1T

DRAM Voltage 1.4v
VDDP 1.015v (voltage bump was needed here to get past 3000mhz)
VDDCR_SOC 1.120v (voltage bump was needed here to get to 3000mhz)

Only thing I'm worried is the 1.4v , is that safe for 24/7 ?

Solution

DDR4 is supposed to be rated at up to 1.5V so 1.4 should be fine. At 1.4V, though, the DIMMs should have a heat spreader to help dissipate heat to be safe. That being a G.Skill kit I imagine it does.

Many G.Skill kits have temp sensors, yours might. If so, you can monitor...

Many G.Skill kits have temp sensors, yours might. If so, you can monitor temperature of each DIMM using HWInfo64. When you are stability testing the memory (using MemTest) monitor their temperature to see if it looks sane.

If you want some help getting the kit to rated speed pick up a couple utilities:
DRAM Calculator
and
Taiphoon Burner

DRAM Calculator will help you by calculating optimal settings for all of the 27-odd timings for a given clock speed. For it to work best you have to know exactly which RAM chips are in your DIMM's. Taiphoon Burner will help identify those details.
