Hear an electric guitar and music from phone simutaneously

Is there a headphone/mixer combo that will allow me to play my guitar along with music and simutaneously hear both through headphones?

I think you will need a direct box to raise the output of the guitar to line level. Then you can use any stereo line level mixer with headphone out
