Nano beam slow speeds m5 16

I have the nano beam m5 16 5ghz. I am running a simple ac point to a station about 350ft away so not very far. I have a good line of sight from nano a at my house i have 50mbps and to nano b it's getting 9 mbps on speed test.net. I just looking for a little more performance in speed here is my setting there set on any tips be helpful

These devices only run 802.11n but I suspect from the way you post this you do not actually have a pair of these devices. To get good performance you really need directional equipment on both ends. It can work to equipment without directional equipment on one end but I strongly suspect you are trying to connect to something that is inside a building. If there was a quality external omni antenna device on the remote building it should work ok at those distances.
