ASRock X99 Taichi Cant get output

I am trying to rebuild my desktop and I have a i7-5820k and a Evga 970 both I from what info i found are supposed to work with the Taichi. I have it all assembled I get no error codes nothing like that everything starts fine till it gets to video the card will respond to temp and everything but refuses to give me a video output. I have tried 2 different gpu and same result. Can someone help? And yes the gpu do work tried in another rig.

Ok after my latest battle with this desktop I have decided to set it off as a may repair one day after trying to get it running again for more then a year. Since I have tested gpu cpu and ram all separately and last checked all work. I have given up on it and will set it aside and find or build a complete replacement. Sorry for taking you guys time but this latest 3 hr long attempt to get it working has killed my belief i will get it working.
