Get a GPU. You should be able to get a 1050ti for a decent price that will be a massive improvement over your integrated graphics.

a gpu will not help him much . csgo is a very heavy cpu user. he currently has a dual core. a fast quad core is a minimum for good frames.

the cheapest way would be to upgrade the cpu and gcard.

you have 8gb of ram so that will be just fine.
