[SOLVED] What is more important draw distance or fps?

If you play agame like the Witcher 3 and when you set draw distance to medium the fps be like 40fps and if you set it to low the fps will go to 60fps but then every thing will just pop up front of you........so what is more important here?

It depends on what the individual gamer prefers. Personally, I prefer the best eye candy that I can get. If that detracts from fps, I upgrade. I like playing games as the developer intended. But I realize not everybody has sufficient funds to upgrade at will. So, I'll choose draw distance as a general answer.
