Hello
So i have been playing some BO4 since it's release, but i notice i "only" get around 90 - 100 fps, on the highest settings, is this normal with my setup? The friend i am playing with have a GTX 1060 6GB and get nearly the same FPS with everything set on high.
The game is installed on my SSD.
When i am playing, i also seem to get FPS drops, one moment it's 95 FPS the next 75..

My Setup
GPU: GTX 1080
CPU: I5- 8600K
MOBO: MSI Tomahawk Z370
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (2x, 8GB, DDR4-3200, DIMM 288) I have checked, they are in dual channel.
PSU: Corsair RM650 (About 2 years old)

What i have tried so far:
Optimizing NVIDIA control panel = Power settings, vertical sync.
Changing the powerplan to ultimate performance
Making sure all the latest drivers are installed
RAM has been set to 3200 mhz in BIOS.

TEMPS:
71 degress on my GPU.
75 degrees on my CPU.

Thanks in advance.

So you play on highest settings, your friend - on high;
You play on monitor resolution #1 (most likely 1440p?), your friend on lower resolution #2 (most likely 1080p?).

Sounds about right.

First of all, bickering between kids? I am 25 years old.. So we don't "brag" about silly things like this..
It is actually a proper question or concern, is there something i need to replace? Is the FPS normal? Is there something i need to optimize?
I actually find your answer a bit condescending to be honest.
But thanks for your answer.. I guess.

no its not condescending, you question looks like "Bickering".
but if you want to be sure, send us screenshots of Settings and Resolution with FPS counters.
then we can say if its low or not. you could be playing on 4k and he can be playing on 1024x768.

do you know that old saying "Pics or it didnt happen" :D
