i have dell laotop with i3 intel core windows10. ineed to replce windows 7. how can do this?

Please clarify: Do you mean that you wish to go back to Windows 7 on the laptop?
If you do indeed wish to have Windows 7 on the laptop, then you will need to reinstall Windows 7 over Windows 10.
Probably need a clean install to do so.
And, if my understanding is correct, why do you wish to go back to Windows 7? Is there some problem?

I understand. Since it is an i3 processor, your computer might be a bit slow on Windows 10. I would advise to make a Bootable USB of Windows 7. After that, you can simply reinstall Windows 7 by using the Boot Menu.
