I will be buying a new gaming pc very soon and was wondering what would be the best graphics card for the money. I live in Norway so the price on the cards listed below is very different from what it is in the US.

From cheapest to most expensive:

MSI GTX 1070 ti Armor - 449$ - i have heard that aromor cards form MSI has bad cooling and are quite noisy.

Galax/KFA2 GTX 1070 ti EX - 459$ - i do not know much about this card, so if anyone could tell some pros and cons about this that would be very helpfull.

Galax/KFA2 GTX 1080 EXOC - 499$ - i dont know, but i think this is the same as the one above in terms of design and cooling. The only difference being the GPU itself (GTX 1070 ti and GTX 1080) correct me if im wrong.

MSI RTX 2070 Aero - 509$ - i am very sceptical to blower cards because i dont want a lot of noise or the extra heat compared to open air design cards.

Zotac RTX 2070 Blower - 509$ - if i were to choose between this one and the one above (MSI RTX 2070 Aero), what should i choose?

MSI RTX 2070 Armor - 539$ - this is the most expensive of the ones i have been looking at, but also the best.

The ones i consider buying the most of all of these is the Galax/KFA2 GTX 1080 EXOC and the MSI RTX 2070 Armor, but i do not know if it is worth the extra cost going for the RTX 2070 because it costs 40$ more.

The rest of the pc build:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 with Arctic Freezr eSports Edition
MSI b450 Tomahawk
G.Skill Ripjwas V 3200Mhz 2x8gb
Cooler Master MasterWatt 500
NZXT H500 with two additional 140mm PWM fan as inntake
Samsung 860 evo 500gb

Thank you for your time and help :)

2070 is about equal to 1080.
The extra price is because 2070 is new and 2070 has those new sh*tt* stuffs like ray tracing. Look at BF V test, even 2080ti can not maintain stable 1080p 60FPS with ray tracing on.
If you already have your whole life flashing before your eyes, not to have raytracing...I would say, just buy it.
I would however simply stick with 1080 or 1070ti.
By the time ray tracing really went mainstream (if it could even become mainstream at all. For me, it is only Hairworks v2.0), you are already looking for newer and better card anyway.

1070ti is only about 8% slower than 1080. You might wanna consider this and the extra price you are paying.

EX and EXOC? just take which ever you want. The difference is ignoreable...

I would ignore those blower type cooled cards.

I have 1080EXOC since almost 2 years. I paid €480 before the mining boom.
I used 2x GTX970s EXOC before I switched to a single 1080 EXOC.
KFA2/Galax is good and very good in value. It is a new brand but the manufacturer is not new. They built cards for oems like Dell, HP, etc.

From all in your list, I would pick KFA2 1070ti EX or MSI 1070ti armor, if you ask me. They are the better value (not performance).
