Asus P5G41T-M LX3 memory compatibility

The G41 Express chipset has an obscure limitation which requires the use of dual-rank memory modules, which are typically double-sided, to attain 8 GB of memory. Your computer uses the G41 Express chipset. ... This means that compatible 4 GB modules must have two sets, or ranks, of lower-density chips.

Your motherboard chipset requires low density modules. Those are not low desity modules. You will need different modules of 1066 or 1333mhz that specifically indicate that they are low density.

Likely, these will work, but you might also want to visit the Crucial, Mushkin or Hynix websites and use whatever compatibility configurator they have to be sure. I think those modules will work fine though.
