Reversed Left and Right sounds on Wireless Headset

I recently brought a new headset (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0749JNRVY/ref=asc_df_B0749JNRVY56902054/?tag=googshopuk-21&creative=22110&creativeASIN=B0749JNRVY&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310694401667&hvpos=1o2&hvnetw=g&hvrand=6492999184657895481&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9044906&hvtargid=pla-378320972835&th=1&psc=1), when I got this mic it had reversed sounds, I was wondering what the best way to fix this is, I cannot wear this backwards as well as the mic cannot turn all the way around.

What do you mean it had reverse sounds, are you saying the left/right stereo is going to the wrong ears? Check your audio options to make sure you did not swap them there, check the headset with another computer or phone. If they all reverse, contact the vendor support.

When playing in game, I can hear sounds which are supposed to be on my left on my right.
