You are using liquid metal and an air cooler? Thats kind of a waste. You should get an AIO liquid cooler. A 260mm rad at least

You're only getting 85c temps with at cooler at those clock speeds? I find that kinda hard to believe. But yes, if your max package temp is only reaching 85c, you're fine.

No problem. You will see a great deal of temp decrease, especially if you applied the liquid metal correctly. I would recommend this as an AIO if you would like help choosing one.
