GPU won’t display

About 2 years ago I built a pc with

  • MSI GeForce gtx 1070
    Core i7-8700k
    Asus rog strix z370-f gaming
2x8 GB of Corsair ddr4 vengeance

Today I upgraded my ram to rgb to sell my old ram and I also upgraded my gpu to an msi rtx 2080. After switching the GPUs it would not display my computer on the monitor. I looked it up and found that I should have uninstalled my old drivers. So then I put in the old gpu so I could uninstall the drivers but even that won’t display now. I’m not sure if it’s the drivers or maybe the ram. I know that I have a good enough power supply so it’s probably the drivers but I can’t uninstall or install them without looking at a display. If anybody could help that would be greatly appreciated.

No I tried two different monitor. One with hdmi and the other with display. Neither of them show any sign of being connected at all. I have not tried a different pics slot with my new gpu but I have tried both with my old one and neither work. Another weird thing is that my mouse and keyboard aren’t working at all but by external hard drive are so now I am wondering if it’s a motherboard issue or power supply issue. When I plug my mouse in the laser flashes then turns off.
