When i go to device manager i find that i have 11 processors... (AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core) Is it normal? Also i have an issue on my pc that when playing certain games my pc freezes and i have to restart, is this related? I have tried to lower graphic settings, turn off nvidia expierience, update drivers. Please help

On the device manager it results with 11 Processors (all the same)
the CPU/GBU temp usually varies from 40-60 C° depending on what i'm doing
