Hey guys, through much research, Price-Compatibility-Aesthetics-Size I came across these results:

CPU: i7-8700k
GPU: EVGA 1080Ti Black
RAM: Trident Z 32GB 3000MHZ 2Modules
PSU: EVGA Supernova 650 P2
Mobo: ASUS ROG Z370-G Gaming WI-FI
CPU Cooler: Cryorig H7
Storage: Samsung 970EVO 500GB M.2

Here is all the parts list in detail: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Rf2rnH

The rest I will recycle from my current build which I'm using to type this thread.

Don't take into account prices because I'm from EU and they are much different than of US :)

My only worries is that the CPU Cooler might not be efficient enough to overclock in the future if I need to, cause I know this mobo is built for OC. But this mobo is not the best in terms of compatibility with beefier coolers and I'm confused

Plus I already have a PCI-E wifi card but the technology is 802.11N (old) and I will be gaming on ethernet so I feel it's kind of wasted money to buy Wi-Fi version of the mobo. What should I do about the networking part? Ditch everything and have only Ethernet? Or buy the Wi-Fi version and throw out the PCI-E card just in case I may need to connect through Wi-Fi?

Any recommendations and criticism are much appreciated and helpful!
Thanx in advance :)

That motherboard will be more than fine...It has a good VRM cooling solution and a 8 phase (4 phase doubled) + 1 +1 design and all the other bits and pieces you could want including the new intel Wifi.

Also the new Gigabyte Z390 M Gaming Intel Z390 (Socket 1151) DDR4 Micro ATX Motherboard also has a good VRM which is 12 phase (but 6 doubled) here at $144.99

The only slight issue with Gigabyte is the BIOS which is just a bit clunky but they have really improved on the VRM's and overclocking and with the Z390 pretty much gone ahead of the rest...

Both motherboards will handle the...

32gb is probably overkill and a waste of money unless you know you need that much.

That CPU cooler is not super high end but should be fine aside from AVX-heavy workloads when overclocking, it can cool 150TDP (https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/intel-coffee-lake-i7-8700k-cpu,5252-12.html).

If you need Wifi, go ahead and get the wifi version. But if you have easy ethernet access and the non-wifi version is cheaper, I would personally go for ethernet-only, you could pop in the wifi card if you're hauling the PC somewhere and need it.

Rest seems fine. It's an expensive build but I assume you want that stuff for some reason.

Hope this helps,

As the others have said, look for a better cooler if overclocking is high on your agenda...also I would seriously contemplate getting the Z390 version of the Asus ROG Strix motherboard as in the future you will be able to slot a 9900K when and if they ever become cheap and by God they should in 3 years time....The price of the Z390 should not be very different from the one you have chosen...

Ok then, what about the MSI Z390M Edge?

It has what I need plus more room for beefier cooler however, I'm a bit afraid to buy because of the lack of reviews and testing.

Do you have any other recommendations that you would pick with no doubt?

Both motherboards will handle the 8700K very well overclocked..

Thanx! About what the others said, should I stay with 650w PSU or bump to 750?
Plus since I'll be changing mobo, a good CPU Air cooler that allows such overclocking you might recommend? (Dont wanna go Hydro since I don't want a point of failure such as the pump)
