VR requires 90hz for smooth gameplay and the 2600 oc and 1070ti can give that.

Your own list is pretty decent,but i do see the Samsung ssd being better as well as the motherboard choice being as good for less.Chose the Focus for not alot more and a good performing cpu cooler which looks good as well as is pretty silent.
That ram will do fine,think around 3000mhz Ryzen will perform pretty good anyway and this has lower timings which still does make a difference.Looks good on that board as well.
The Zotac gpu will do fine as well and is color matched,also comes with a backplate which looks nice.
