hello

i would like to know if it is worth to upgrade i7 7700 to i7 7700k?

here is why i am thinking about that:
1) back in a days i was recording game with Shadowplay, which was using GPU, now i am playing another mmorpg game and after i upload video on Youtube it has blur motions, i started to use OBS and tried to record with x264, but it makes lags in game, because game is using up to 45% CPU and OBS up to 70%

2) i think my current i7 7700 has bad thermal paste for heat-sink and 1 of core has up to 86C temp when rendering video in Adobe premiere, other cores going up to ~75C. i am using EVGA CLC120 cooler

my hardware:
i7 7700 with turbo boost
Asus prime z270-k
EVGA 1080 hybrid
Corsair 16Gb 3200MHz (X.M.P OC)
EVGA 650W G3 PSU
3x SSD

also if i will change i7 7700 to i7 7700k, will my motherboard will be good enough for overclocking?
or better buy i7 8700k or even i7 9700k, but then i need new motherboard too

Solution
I wouldn't bother upgrading to a 7700K. Either go with the 9th gen Intel 8700K/9700K or a Ryzen 2700. Both will obviously require a new motherboard.

As far as your temps, those do seem high. I would first try cleaning off the old thermal paste and try some new. Artic MX-4 or Noctua NT-H1 are both good. Also generally speaking the small 120MM AIOs really don't cool all that great, you would be better off with a air cooler such as a Noctua or Cryorig (the H7 and H5 are very good for their prices).

i tried to change thermal paste several times and even bought Noctua NT-H1, also liquid temp is up to 35C and air isn't so hot
even GPU air coming much more hot, but it shows only ~56C
