So I plan on building a new pc this coming black Friday. I already have an ssd with windows on it on the pc I'm using right now. If I move the ssd to the new pc with all the new hardware will there be a problem? Will the drivers of the old computer affect the components of the new one. If so what can I do to avoid this. Thanks in advance!

Solution
Yes, about 75% of the time that will cause a problem UNLESS the new build is VERY close in generation and platform to the old one. Even then, there are such significant changes between the hardware from different manufacturers, and on different generations, and most especially when changing from one camp platform to another (AMD to Intel, for example), that it becomes very difficult for that sort of transition to happen without problems.

Even when it DOES work, it's still usually not a good idea because we already know it can cause problems at some point due to the conflicting driver frameworks for things like the storage controller chipsets, CPU chipset, audio chipset and network adapters.

If the platform is very similar, you can...

If the platform is very similar, you can try it. Not recommended, but you can try. If you are going from one camp to another, do a clean install, period.

Also, when you do the clean install, pay particular attention to disconnecting ALL other drives except the one you are installing to until after the installation is complete.
