do i have a sata 3 6gb port ?

soo i ave a intel db75en motherboard..... it does refer i have a sata 3 port but is it 6gbps and can anyone show me where is it ? im kinda bad on finding these little stuff on motherboard i tried to look the board diagram but didnt understood where my sata 3 6gbps port was ..... pls help :D

also i m swapping my HDD to an Samsung 860 250gb SSD .. but its costly .... should i go for a lower one like kingston a400 240gb is it reliable ? im changing ssd due to slow texture loading in games due to my 5 to 6 years slow HDD speed ... especially in pubg .... other games are still okay .. but pubg drops my fps to 14

    V or the Blue Sata port
    The Red and 3 Black are 3gb.

    The Kingston one is just as reliable as are the Adata versions they may be a bit slower but nothing you will notice.

    the v sata port is the 6gbps sata 3 port right ?
    also how do i know which sata cable im currently using ?

    The SATA organisation responsible for the standards and specifications confirmed many times that there is no difference between SATA cables because the specifications never changed. It's a market scheme to generate more profits by charging you for what you already have because it's labeled differently. Yes the V port " Should be colored Blue" and is the single 6GB connector.
