In theory, all Mobo's will deliver the same CPU performance. What reqlly differentiates them are their features.
For AMD:
A320 is standard
B450 allows overclocking on top
X470 allows SLI on top
When it comes to price differences, you're usually paying for quality anf nice to haves. This usually translates into better overclocking stability, better VRM, on-board audio, better quality capacitors, which are less likely to fail, and overall better quality materials. As for nice-to-haves, it's usually down to ports (either ports, USB generations and such).
If you're not interested in the bells and whistles, and if you're not planing on overclocking (or not that much at least) - that board will suit you just fine.
