I put together a pc with some old and new parts. Motherboard is an ASUS PRIME z270-a brought it in used condition. CPU is a i5 7500 Kaby Lake, new. RAM is 2 x 4GB RGB Geil 2400 MHz. 1 TB HDD. Don't have a monitor, so I'm connected to the TV via HDMI. PC will boot, RAM and PSU light up and I can hear the HDD click but cant see anything on the screen. I thought it's because the mobo probably doesn't have the HDMI drivers installed even though its used?? Didnt hear any beeps so I know its POST-ing correctly. Removed the GPU and tried to boot it, still nothing on the screen but tower LEDs are lit and CPU fan is running. What could be the issue here guys n gals?

I even went to walmart and got a cheap monitor thinking its prolly the HDMI drivers not existing, only to come home and realize this monitor did not have a DVID port, I felt so unfortunate and the mobo does not have a VGA port, F@#!<!!. I was really stoked to use my new PC this long weekend, bummer. Here's a pic of it on. http://imgur.com/gallery/7SjbBcE
If I need to update the BIOS I read somewhere that these boards could be flashed without having an old CPU to make it boot. It is true and if it is can anyone provide a link to how it can be achieved? Thanks for reading/helping in advance!
