How to check if my integrated sound car is broken?

So as the title says:
Specs:
Asrock a320m Motherboard
APU Ryzen 2400g
GPU MSI Radeon RX 570

So I installed the GPU and my sound stopped working. To be honest I might have hit a few things while installing it. I don’t know for sure but now my audio from speakers is gone.

I’ve tried to reinstall windows, update disable and reinstall latest drivers for Realtek. It says no jack information available when I try to trouble shoot. I can see the photo of a speaker that shows volume going up and down when I play a video but no sound coming from the speakers. I plugged my speakers into my phone and it worked: I do still get sound from my monitor which is connected to the GPU. I checked bios and it says on board graphics are enabled. Do I just have the wrong driver? Did the GPU driver mess up my Realtek one? If so how do I fix it? Did I hit the sound chip too hard or wiggle it out of place? Can it be fixed or replaced? I’ve spent 3 days scouring the internet and trying solutions. Any helpful advice is welcomed.

Thanks

Yes the cards with HDMI setup a new audio source for HDMI. From the OP it was stated that sound is coming from the monitor. Which shows the default audio as HDMI.

The monitor may have an audio out jack on it, to enable audio pass-through, that should be also looked at.
