Hello, i am new to overclocking i have never done it before today i am trying to overclock my i5-6600k to improve my game performance. i am currently overclocked at 4.1 ghz i am wondering what temps i should be looking for i am using 3 programs right now [core temp] to check temps of all cores. [cpu-z] to check how the core voltage is and clock speed. and i am running tests using prime95 right now the highest temp under 100% load is 83c. i read you can burn out the cpu which i dont want to do so what would be safe temperature to keep them at. thank you for the help anyone who does sorry if my question is a little noob.

so what you are saying is i have more room to overclock and that if i wanted to i could try to reach for around 90c on prime95? and that on gaming i still wont reach anywhere near the load i am using with prime95 while i am gaming?
