Board from eTower 633ids not POSTing

I picked up an emachines etower 633ids for free on craigslist. Worked perfectly upon getting it home, though the power button couldn't turn it off again. Now when I turn it on, there is no video out and it beeps in the manner in this video. What does it mean and how can i fix it?

Yes I know the fan is dead but that's just temporary, I'll cannibalize a fan from another, properly dead system.

It fixed itself, only one RAM slot works, or it doesn't like Any of the following: Double sided modules, PC66 or 133, or 128MB modules. It has accepted its original single sided 64MB PC100 stick
