i have been having this problem for about 4 months now. Whenever I am playing games on my Windows 10 PC (any game it isn't specific to a certain game) the mouse will do one of two things, 1) it completely disconnects and I can't move at all, or 2) only the buttons on it stop working but i can continue looking around. when this happens i can unplug the usb and plug it back in, and it 'fixes' the problem for a minute or two before going to its previous problem.
While trying to fix this problem, something i saw should work was to uninstall the usb root hub and restart my pc, I did this, and it fixed the problem... for about 2 weeks. after that every time i tried to do it again, it wouldnt work. I will also add that my pc is not a gaming pc, just a stronger hp desktop I use. Any solution would be amazing as this makes it practically impossible to play any competitive game.
The mouse is called the TeckNet HYPERTRAK, just some gaming mouse i got on amazon.
