MSI b250m not showing my m.2 ssd

Hello I put together a new system with a MSI b250m mortar motherboard which has a Intel i5 7500 CPU a Samsung Evo SSD 250gb storage drive a 3tb western digital hard drive for my larger game downloads I also purchased a sky hynix m.2 SSD 128gb it is installed in the m.2 slot for the motherboard and held in place by the screw but in bios it is not showing up and in Windows it does not show up. I check disk management nothing I check disk part nothing bios nothing. Please help the m.2 is ment for the os system

I'm saying disk management, if you go to the homepage of windows 10 and right click on the windows button it'll show disk management

No it does not show up in bios does not show up in my pc does not show up in disk management under any application or disk drives storage device does not show up in disk part yes there is a m.2 stick in the only slot available for one sata slot 1 is not used

Then its either a faulty drive or a faulty m.2 port.

I finally ended up figuring out why it was not showing up because it was my fault or the person I purchased it from. The screw that holds the m.2 down was tightened to much and it cracked the board to the m.2
