Hello! I recently set-up a new PC and I recently came across a problem. The internet seems to be working (as seen in the lower right corner of the task bar) but I can’t access any website in Google Chrome nor in IE! Heck, I tried installing Steam from a USB and I can log-in but every time I click anything, a steam browser pops up and says “invalid certificate”. I honestly don’t know what to do as I’ve tried so much tutorials from Youtube from changing the time, disabling firewall to check, flushing dns, manual DNS, so many restarts and I still don’t know what to do. I’m using a Windows 7 btw. Hope I can hear from you guys

Hi
Where did you get your win 7 from?
A ms dvd or download from microsoft should be free of malware
A pirate version cant be relied on

A clean install may be called for
Boot off cd or usb take advanced option to format c:
Re install 7
Add sp1 if not integrated, then download all ms upgrades
Then add anti virus software before going anyware else on the internet

Yes I have. So many times. I even checked if my network is the problem but I plugged the ethernet to my laptop and it’s working well. I don’t know what’s wrong with my PC.
