Looking at a 2nd hand dell optiplex 790 (the big full-sized tower) , got the guy down to 375 bucks. Want it for casual gaming /media pc connected to my tv. My main concern is the power supply.

What do you think?

Specs:
Intel i5 2400
ZOTAC GTX 1050 ti mini 4gb
20gb ddr3 ram (2x8gb hyperx fury + 2x2gb)
250gb ssd
500gb hdd
It has a wireless card installed too

the CPU is old and will struggle to keep up with current games.
any upgrade that is worthwhile to the system would require a whole new CPU, MOBO, RAM, and potentially a new PSU as well.

Not worth the money IMO.

Could get a brand new more up to date system for $566
Now I'm not saying you have to get new and updated, but it's here as just a thought.

Otherwise, you could try and find something else that has a better CPU for less without the GPU and just add in a cheap SSD and a 1050ti yourself afterwards.

But I wouldn't waste that money on that system personally.
