Hi guys.. Below is my 4 year old system. 4 Months ago I upgraded the 850 Samsung SSD with a 970 EVO Nvme2. Surprisingly my motherboard supported Nvme2. (I think it was a new tech back then) I was using Windows 7 but had to upgrade to Windows 10 due to Windows 7 not supporting the Nvme2 drivers. I installed Windows 10 only after disconnecting the Sata 850 Samsung Pro and the HD. After I installed Windows onto the NVME, i reconnected the 2 other drives and use them for storage now.

Shortly thereafter I did notice a little micro stuttering in World of Warcraft and in Tera Online. Pretty much In 3D applications. Yesterday I bought a MSI Gaming GTX 1070 TI 8 GB Video Card to upgrade my 960 GTX. After I installed it, I ran into an issue where games would take a long time to load giving me white/black screens upon loading. I tried a few things to no avail so then i reformatted my 970 EVO and did a fresh Windows 10 install with updates and latest 1070 Drivers. Problem is that the hangup screens in games are still there and so is the micro stuttering. Here are youtube links to the Loading screens in older games like WOW and TERA.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uRXSsjvXkVM (clean drivers in WOW before fresh install)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0QPBJxN6CA (WOW after fresh Windows installation)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-ttwAqIdGU (clean drivers in Tera before fresh install)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8tBBaxPCCk (Tera after fresh Windows installation)

I dont know if the microstutters are an Nvme2 or a GPU problem? I am running my CPU at 4.4 GHZ Turbo at like 50 C under load. It's a really quiet and cool system. Please help me pinpoint what the issue might be. I tried many things already. My last resort is to disable the nvme port in Bios and Install Windows 10 on the Samsung 850 and see it solves any of the issues.. I have not done that yet. Help me plz .. Thanks!
