[SOLVED] Can I use a 10-15 year old PSU for my new gaming PC?

Solution

Buy a new PSU.

And while I completely understand the "budget" thing...the drives you've chosen are substantially substandard.

The 2 drives you've chosen:
120GB + 500GB = 620GB @ 44.

Top end 500GB SSD = $70

$26 for vastly better performance.

Don't use it, it is not safe. If it is even compatible with your parts it will almost definitely break in the next few years. If it breaks it could destroy the rest of your components.
