Streaming CS:GO with Streamlabs OBS.
I have a i7-9700k (Oc'ed to 4.9GHz)
1080 ti
DDR4-3200 2x8
For some reason I have a problem with rendering or encoding. I can stream fine and play the game at like 300-400fps BUT i get random flickers and in a sense like screen tearing and I do not know how to fix it. I tried lowering bit rate and tried switching to NVENC and it did not change it. Does anyone know the optimal settings so CS:GO is streamable without any problems in game?!?
